Nope. Not again.

I bought Blogo when it first came out. The app was cleanly designed, although it was often buggy. Still, I ponied up $14.99 for it, thinking it would be useful. I had an on-and-off love affair with Blogo. It was OK, yet unreliable. Every few months I’d come back and try again, and it was steadily improving.

Suddenly, they moved from buying the app (for $14.99) to a $9.99 PER MONTH subscription model. Seriously? It didn’t work reliably before, why would I pay eight times as much EVRY YEAR for this?

It’s convenient, but dealing with the Wordpress screens and editor isn’t THAT much of an inconvenience. For some applications, a subscription model makes sense. This is not one of those kinds of apps.
