Great app

With Blogo I feel more confortable about writting for my blog. It was just such a terrible experience to write on evernote and then have to deal with wordpress to publish my text. Now, I can just do everything using Blogo through this great integration with evernote. Awesome!!

VoiceOver do not read some buttons

The developer neds to tag the button to accessibility.

Fantastic!

The new version has many bug fixes and now it`s been really easy to blog. I don`t need to use wordpress interface any more, it`s great!

I am really happy with Blogo

Guys tank you very much for the tool. I was a Blogo 1 user and the new Blogo is way more than I expected. Now I really can enjoy some lazy moments, since Blogo its really saving time for me. I needed support from you one single time and it was amazing and fast ! Love you guys !

Thank you for bringing Medium support

I love Medium and was looking forward to being able to see it working with Blogo! Now I can finally manage ALL my blogs in one place.

Crashing

The app is crashing after it was updated from 2.x to 3.x version. I can’t create a blogo account just because the only way to do it is via app, which doesn’t open. How can I get a downgrade?!?

Best app ever

Love it! It’s easy to use and the UX is amazing. Great job guys!

Works great

Bogo ist THE tool for linking my Evernote notes to my blog. This works just great. It’s a no-brainer when collecting ideas with Evernote, tieing them together and publishing them on any connected Wordpress blog. And the Safari add-on for importing text from any page is a show-stopper. For me, a must for every WP user on a Mac.

The Wait...

...Was absolutely worth it! The first Mac app that actually does what it has to do to write and manage your blogs! Is it perfect? Nope. But man, the way it handles everything, the neat interface, the evernote link, is just pure awesomeness. Look forward to more new features. WAY TO GO! Thank you guys!!

Thought it would be WYSIWYG… Not!

Did not import styles from my Wordpress, neither display the pictures in the post. Even the feature image is not at the good ratio… I will continue the old way, writting my blog posts in Word and then copy-paste them in my blog backoffice, with real-time preview (WYSIWYG).

Really useless!

Don’t waste your money and you will thank me!

Buyer Beware

You already have to have a blog before you can use this program. It’s hardly what the title implies and a very lame contribution to any existing blog.

Why don’t you have a formatting bar?

To make bold/italic/underline/etc. I need to highlight the text and then pick from a menu that pops up?! Why not give me the WYSIWYG controls in a normal toolbar, which is what any normal user would expect? It works, but it’s a pretty basic program. I don’t think it will fit well into my workflow compared to just using the Wordpress built-in editor. Looking forward to your updates and improvements!

awesome with a dash of bugs

This is actually the best blogging software I’ve seen yet, which a pretty awesome price. Everything is just like wordpress’ own site. But for some reason the live preview no longer works, any suggestions? It doesn’t generate my current theme, which is a little weird since it worked before. Perhaps it’s due to the OS X Yosemite update that I got. Dev team, please check?

AWESOME

Finally found the software I needed to manage my Wordpress blog. Nothing to say against this wonderful app. Well worth the price!

Ok for a single blog with no extras but Pro tier is ridiculous $$$

This app is ok. Their pricing needs a middle ground. They switched to Freemium due to piracy but if they’d had a reasonable price to begin with, that wouldn’t have been a problem. So instead, the Freemium version is mediocre and the Pro…forget it. The subscription price is ridiculous. There should be a paid Pro version, not a subscription, one payment of no more than $9.99 at the most. They would avoid the piracy problem and realistically, that’s more than a fair price for another word processor that only offers a couple of extra features for a pricey subscription: Evernote sync is nice but has become a standard free feature in many apps, and multple accounts, also nice but Wordpress and Blogger have tons of other options already and the only other platform supported is Medium which is also gaining alternate app support. Social Mirrors, cross posting to your blogs, again a nice feature but a free IFTTT recipe or two can do not only the same, but more platforms if you wanted. I’m not sure who is advising all these companies to switch to a subscription format but speaking for myself (and everyone I’ve asked), but I keep maybe 3 subscription services at the most per month and that’s it. If I can’t buy the app outright, I find an alternative. And I’ve always found an alternative no matter what the app was.

Coming soon? for Tumblr and Blogger

terrible problems under Japanese environment

It has terrible problems under Japanese environment so I cannot use this app.

Keep out if you like to use code blocks or pre formatted html

Although application states that it supports preformatted html and code blocks it can not handle them correctly. It completelly messes your post if you try to add code block or pre formatted html inside your post. It is good for textual posts but it was not I have expected from a paid word press post editor. Evernote integration is good and working. It is a helpful feature. Other features are also working fine like preview of post and images.
